Part III — Gathering the fruits
05 · Agenda and map
The baobab marks the meeting place. The agenda says when; the map, where.
The Agenda
Agenda shows events: upcoming and past.

Scheduling an event
+ new event opens the form:
- start and end (or all day, with no time);
- location — the name of the place ("Casa de Cultura Tainã") and, if you like, the spot on the map;
- external link — a livestream or a sign-up outside Baobáxia;
- capacity — how many places (or unlimited);
- status — confirmed, postponed or cancelled;
- recurrence — doesn't repeat, every day, every week, every 2 weeks, every month, or a custom rule (for "every Thursday, 8 times").
A repeating event appears in the Agenda on each date, but it is a single saber.
Taking part
On the event's page, logged-in people answer are you going? with going, maybe or not going. Everyone sees the numbers; see who shows the names.

Taking it to your phone's calendar
- add to calendar (on an event) downloads the event to your calendar;
- subscribe to calendar (in the Agenda) gives an address your phone's calendar checks by itself — new events show up there;
- download .ics takes all of them at once;
- import calendar (.ics), at the bottom of the Agenda, brings events from another calendar into a galaxy.
The Map
Map shows every saber that has a location: photos, events, articles. Nearby points merge into a number; zoom in to separate them.

- click a point to see the title and open the saber;
- click the legend (event, media…) to show or hide a type;
- change the map background in the box at the top. Without internet, the mucua uses a simple map, only with outlines — the points are still there.
To put a saber on the map: when creating or editing, tick location and choose the spot. From your phone, send your position to the bot (chapter 09).
Territories
A territory is the place saberes belong to. In ☰ → Territories each territory has its own page, with its saberes, roots and mucuas; the Blog and the Archive can be filtered by territory (i: in the search) and take on its colour.
To talk about in the circle
- Which community gatherings repeat (the Thursday circle, the yearly festival)? How about putting them all in the Agenda?
- Which places tell the community's story? Which saberes could go on the map?
